Qianjun Zhang amy-eddyagu. SciShow ImagesAccording to the European Commission, the National Institutes of Health has established guidelines on the management of women with osteoporosis (pregnant or lactating women) and osteoporosis (lactating women) with recommendations on the management of osteoporosis in pregnancy and lactating women. However, no specific guidelines are available in the current literature. Therefore, the goal of this study was to compare the effects of Premarin 0.625mg tablet with the effects of estradiol 0.625mg on bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and osteoporosis in pregnancy and lactating women. This retrospective, observational, cross-over study included postmenopausal women with osteoporosis (n = 672) and osteoporosis (n = 551) during the period from July 2015 to July 2016. The primary outcomes included changes in BMD, quality-of-life, and sexual function. The secondary outcomes included change in BMD, quality-of-life, and sexual function. The results showed that Premarin 0.625mg tablet was well tolerated and that estradiol 0.625mg tablet had minimal effects on BMD and sexual function. However, estradiol 0.625mg tablet had some effects on bone mineral density, bone pain, and changes in sexual function.
